Irritating in what way? I wonder if the posts refer to the grit and grime of Gaien Higashi Street from Iikura up to Mitsui's Midtown project? If so you have seen Roppongi as a visitor to New York who sees only Times Square has seen that city.
Um - I was referring to the above, but not Roppongi Hills. I don't live in Tokyo, so I have not had the luxury of time to explore the area when there on business. I do understand the history of the area, but with so much else to do in a limited time, I confess that I have given it a miss. I do now have your useful post, though !
