Thanks pinniped and jenn_1K. In recent years I have never had to drive a rental out-of-state ( cuz most of my rentals have been in Hawaii ) but several years ago I rented almost weekly from Enterprise for business use and they always made a point to tell me that the car could not be driven out of CA. So I'll check the fine print but it sounds like it will be no problem to drive out of Nevada.
