I lived in Maui for 6 years and spent many many afternoons at Little Beach.
Like any nude beach, it has it's share of "interesting" regulars but the far end of the beach is the gay end and it really varies by who is visiting that week, mostly really great guys both local and visiting and about 50/50 nude/clothed for those who aren't comfortable being nude.

If you want to meet other gay men, it is one of the best(only) places to do that on the island. (It's also a great way to see what your waiter/bartender/etc. looks like nude or in a speedo) the only real downside is that it takes at least a 20-30 minutes to pack in, so plan on spending the day,and bring food and drink with you (and of course out again).
