I just took them from GRU-GIG and had a mixed experiance.
- After showing my 1K card in GRU me and my companion were moved from the coach section to the Business Class section on the MD-11 as part of the excellent treatment we recieved from the ticket agent.
- However, the domestic lounge in GRU was so awful, we left early to go sit at the gate.
- Our inbound aircraft arrived late and we were delayed nearly 40 minutes without an explanation.
- The seats are just awful with a limited recline and an unworkable footrest, I'd compare them to feeling like I was in an old United 767-200 seat.
- The F/As seemed friendly but the IFE was spotty with the tape going out ever so often. I only recieved 500 miles with no 1K bonus which is annoying.
