Just last week I did 3 points redemptions: on the 17th, 18th, and 19th. Each time I was exchanging 5,000 points for 2 Rapid Rewards credits.

All 6 credits were in my account this morning, so my wait this time was 5-7 days. I may have had a transfer go through slightly more or less quickly in the past, but this seems typical of my experiences.
