Which reminds me of how the crocodiles used to outnumber the boats by a wide margin. Indeed, I can recall being in the only boat on the river at sunset. Back then the hideous Elephant Hills hotel had not yet been rebuilt, and you had to make a real effort to spot any sign of human habitation from the boat.
Once again, how things change!
