Out of curiousity, besides the tea they give you on "in-room check-in" what else do they do as part of the check-in process? Is it just the orientation speech regarding the hotel, your benefits (if Gold or Diamond VIP), etc...

Do they bring up a laptop and enter some of your info (such as incidentals CC, etc...) or do they just hand-write whatever info they need (or don't ask for any info)?
