I remember full kitchens, though, with full-size fridge, range, dishwasher, etc. You really got a 1-bedroom suite every time, though some were oddly shaped.
Yeah it was the PA ave one. The concept is good. The problem is the staff and the fact that the hotel hasn't been updated probably since you stayed there. Not being able to get another room and then having to take a shower in someone else's room is not exactly what I would consider to be good customer service (the front desk person on the night shift barely spoke English, which didn't help things).
