Name change: not happening. Almost no airline will allow a name change on any ticket, let alone a mistake.
Date change: possible, but you'll pay the fare difference + $100-200 per ticket, so you're essentially buying a new ticket since the original ticket has very little value.
ACA solo is your best bet if you want to salvage anything from this trip. At least you'll only be out the $100 for your husband's ticket.
