That charming 'chime' constantly woke me up on the new A333 MSP-AMS lately, even though I had earplugs in. I wrote Contact Us wondering whether the new aircraft simply didn't have the volume cranked up too loud, and they told me they valued my input and would pass on the information and all that. But to be sure I booked 29A for my next A333 eastbound overnight instead of galley-near 10A -- but when I asked about the chime on my return westbound, the FA said that the chime rings AT ALL THE DOORS (which would include row 29) and not just at the galley! (Is this true?)
