Weird, I have always gotten Executivie Lounge Access at the Boston Logan Hilton. Are you sure they knew you were Diamond? The Hiton T&C say that you are supposed to get lounge access or breakfast at all Hiltons in the US etc. if you are Gold / Diamond.
