for what it's worth, I've been trying to fax MP information on missing credit for a US flight from last year, and have been unable to get though now for several days. I've called a couple of times to complain and they tell me the backup fax machine is down and so to be patient. If I can't get through tomorrow, I'm going to try and find out what the alternative is; does anyone know of a better way to send the information?
