Assuming you can afford the $5-20 extra a day for a driver, do you just feel like an "adventure"? Driving on crappy roads with lunatics, animals, bicycles and all manner of humanity is fun for a day or two to say you've done it. After that... I can think of better ways to spend ones time/energy, and probably money. Because either you'll hit something, or someone will hit you (possibly on purpose) and then you'll have to sort out that mess.
