I hate that it never, ever will effectively scan my passport in (when necessary for an int'l itin.). Every time, I tell the agent and then they come over and try swiping it through there 10 times as if I couldn't figure out that's what i was supposed to do from the text and diagram on the screen in front of me. It doesn't work for them either of course and they just have to check me in manually on the int'l itinerary.

I go int'l a lot and it has NEVER worked for me or anyone travelling with me.

Other than that, my kiosk experiences don't sound as painful as yours, thankfully. But then again, I never have bags to check so maybe that's it.

At least you don't ALWAYS have to have your Conf # to punch in like at the US Air kiosks. That's such a pain in the ....
