I had that too (also at Conrad Singapore last week).

My theory is it was because I wasnt on the executive floor (for the first time not upgraded ). Every other stay I've been upgraded to exec floor and checked in there.


I have a vague recollection of it happening somewhere else too (possibly Parmelia Hilton Perth or one of the european hiltons?).
