He was referring to the 737-400 (http://www.alaskaair.com/as/www2/com...leet/fleet.asp) which they have many of.

The funny thing I just noticed is I have a booked SEA-MCO-SEA trip (sure it's pretty far away, it's in June) but the plane right now is said to be the 737-400 (it's usually 800 both ways, used to be 900s) and I just noticed this interesting fact:

737-400 Range = 2,370 miles
MCO-SEA = 2,546 miles

so... I guess we'll just have to glide for the last 176 miles? haha

(if you want to check, it's Flight 19 on June 5th MCO-SEA)
