Wish I had better news...
It's almost never possible to transfer miles/points among programs, even those that are otherwise partners.
However, it is sometimes possible to do (very lossy) transfers among programs either directly with points.com, or via some third program (Hilton, Amtrak, &c.).

Unfortunately, I've never seen any path either out of Skymiles, or into Rapid Rewards.

People who've been on FT longer than me may be better informed, but I'm afraid you may be stuck.
