There are a couple of reasons why we missed the flight. I was told by Frontier Customer Service that The ticket numbers still have their original value and that the $100 change fees could be waived by a Sales Supervisor upon request. That is why I asked the original question.
I am simply interested in others experience with this issue and thought there might be some value to a thread along this line as I could not find other threads like it.
