What impresses me most about FT - even more than the quality of the information, which is considerable - is the willineness of veterans to answer questions quickly. (Though they always appreciate it when you do a search first...
).
BTW, the next time I'm offered a Y->F buy-up ORD-LGA, I'm taking it -- sick of waiting in the Penalty Box for 2 hours in the back of the bus
