In December of last year, my family and I booked a Partial Ocean View and stayed there for three nights. Check-In was extremely smooth. Our keys and upgrade to the "Ocean Luxury" room were already prepared when we pulled our car into the lobby.

The room was very nice, but the facilities of the resort were disappointing. The pool is tiny, and it can easily get overcrowded.

We went to check out the Hyatt and the Princeville, and both had excellent facilities in comparison.
