Yes, it will be done before the 29th of October as was posted on another board. Of the three airlines that have finished, two of them NW and CO combined have a fleet roughly the size of Delta's. As for UA, it would seem that they have been a bit faster than Delta, however 4 or 5 days does not make that big a difference. Also I would expect that UA would have a bit more impetus to complete the modifications as it was two of their planes that were hijacked. I am surprised that AA has not made a statement.....
