I talked to aircanda.com tech support who told me I had to talk to Aeroplan tech support who told me I had to talk to a lead at aircanada.com tech support This took me about an hour and a half. Since it was late and I needed some sleep I ended up booking a ticket as a guest.

Still not fixed. I do not have the time to spend 1,5 hours to 2 hours of people telling me its not there problem
