I have to agree with the others that say the Arts is a great hotel. Stayed there about a year and a half ago. Had fantastic service. As an example, when checking in I had a problem with my Visa card (forgot to tell Visa that I was going overseas and they put an alert on my card). The Arts went ahead and checked us in and started calling Visa even tho I offered to put the charge on another card. Once they had Visa on the phone, they put the call through to our room so we could get everything cleared. On top of that, they did not charge for the call to the US.

We stayed on the 23rd floor and the view of the city was fantastic.

As you can tell, I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
