Is it Possible to travel 2 segments in Biz class

I am a new member here. But looks like an excellent forum.

Someone is planning to travel YYZ-LHR-DXB-MAA-DXB-LHR-YYZ on economy class. However, he wants to travel DXB-MAA-DXB on business class while the rest of the segments on Economy class. Is this possible? How much would such a ticket cost compared to a ex-YYZ fully on economy?
