whats the point in having a FF programme that means no matter what miles you get they are worth jack .... as its almost impossible to burn them and if you need to be sure of an award it costs twice as much. The LH enetertainment system is way ahead of KLM which shows movies that are so old you have to bring your own dvd player and for smoke filled - dont give that crap - the showers are next to that stinking smoke area which is a joke.
