New Tosh L25. For first week or so, battery meter showed up in task bar. Now it doesn't.

Battery meter dll is found, but no executable. Going to Start | Control Panel | Power Options | Advanced and checking on the "always show on task bar" button doesn't work. Microsoft's help(less) page on this says the same thing. Web search turns up nothing.

So...can anyone point me to the actual executable for this?
