Frontier Airline - Possible To Get $100 Change Fee Waived?

I have two missed flight Frontier tickets and was told by a Frontier customer service rep that a "Sales Supervisor" can waive the $100 change fees. Can anyone here comment on what kinds of reasons these supervisors will accept to waive the $100 fees?
