It depends upon your definition of naive. Realistically the problem is that you do not have enough information to make the call.
Remember that the flight operates YYZ-ZRH-DEL.
You are actually looking at the load YYZ-ZRH as being full up front. The J cabin opens up on the ZRH-DEL leg, sometimes by half the cabin.
Surprisingly the return loads are better on the DEL-ZRH portion.
