The airport diagrams in the back of the inflight magazine seem to have been updated. The one really goofy thing about the new terminal is you can't walk between B to D even though they almost touch. If you for whatever reason walk between B and D its skybriddge to A or C, skybridge to C or A, then skybridge to B or D.
Don't trust the diagrams. You can definitely walk directly between B and D... they are basically continuous with no skybridge to speak of.
