Eligibility: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a legal resident of Canada of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, and not be an employee of, a member of the immediate family of or domiciled with an employee of Transcontinental Media, Procter & Gamble Inc., or their advertising and promotional agencies.

To enter and qualify, until 11:59 pm EST January 31, 2006, complete the on-line entry form at www.ivory.ca, confirm compliance with the contest rules and submit the entry form via the internet. Limit one (1) submitted entry per e-mail address. Earn bonus entries by referring your friends using our Tell-A-Friend Feature. You will earn one (1) bonus entry into the random draw for each friend you refer who visits the Website. Maximum of five (5) bonus entries.

Winner and three (3) family members and/or guests will receive:
· Return economy air transportation from the Canadian domestic commercial airport nearest the winner's residence (hereinafter referred to as the "Departure Point") to Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
· Five (5) nights accommodation for four (4) (based on one (1) room, quadruple occupancy), at various hotels chosen by Contest Sponsors.
· The Prize winner will receive $1,600 CDN spending money
· The prize winner and guests are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, ground transportation, all meals, beverages, room service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, insurance together with any travel documentation, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover.
