Most 5 star hotels all have great buffet, with large seafood selection. But at the end of the day, it is a buffet, which means pre-done and "mass market". The Seaford Market referred by other posters is reasonable price for visitors, you can get everything customized cook, etc.

Downside is with small group, you can't order everything. With buffet, since already prepared, you select a little of everything....
