Generally the service is the same as WT, with the same staff covering both cabins. However, you do get a feeling that the service is just that little bit better, which sometimes makes all the difference.

Food is the same as WT except that there are glasses, not plastic cups, for the wine.

The cabin is more exclusive (smaller and with a curtain seperating WT). On the 767 the configuration is 2-2-2 so in any case you will not have someone beside you. seat expert does have the configuration. choose the 767 with NCW. seat guru does not!

Footrests are pretty useless, I find. But maybe, that's just me. The bulkead gives you some extra legroom which is good albeit not a big issue unless you're very tall because you get 38 inches anyway in the regular seat.

IFE is as in WT except that you also have games. I have never even looked at them, so I don't know what the games are like. you also have in-seat power so you can run your laptop off it which may prove a good thing if you plan on playing DVDs. You can check the films (movies) on offer during any given month on ba.com so you'll be able to decide in advance if it's worth bringing additional DVDs. I typically watch one movie during a long-haul flight (sometimes two on the longer flights) and always find something worthwhile - there are 18 channels.

Enjoy!
