We have a mutual account, and last year while i was in Hilton SF, my hubby flew in the same week and stays at HGI SFO 1 night (since it also was work trip for him and Hilton SF was sold out). Both stays post w/ no problem. Just keep your receipts, and if you pay for both stays, you should be fine.
