That's not what it saids -

From the T & C page that you got the fare -

"# Tickets are fully refundable(exceptions may apply on M class). Tickets are non-transferable.
# Changes are permitted. A change fee may apply."

It's free date changes 7 days before dep and after dep on this HKG fare but rerouting always involve fare recalculation.
