The Arts Hotel is fabulous. I stayed there after a Seabourn cruise a few years ago. You cannot go wrong with this hotel. All the luxury cruise lines use it for their pre or post stays.

Barcelona is great. YOu must go to the Ramblas, the old quarter and the Cathedral and of course the Gaudi district and Sagrada Familla.

Tapas are great there, too
