With no competition Elites are going no where.
So increase the bottom line again at the expense of its elite group by reducing benefits.
Wasn't Elite the NA equivalent of an international SE?
I completely agree about the lack of domestic (loyalty program) competition and have always hoped that Westjet joins Oneworld.
