They're a pain sums it up. They put the thumbscrews on for the CDW, and have asked me to produce proof of insurance if I decline it. I want this:

Agent: Do you want extra coverage?
Me: No thank you.
Agent: Okay, initial here.

I don't want have the agent beg or threaten me with the CDW for ten minutes.
