Hold on a sec. When you get to the end of the moving walkway (with the plexi glass and RCC on the right) arriving and departing passengers are mixed up at that point. I think you can go ahead and to the right at the end of the moving walkway and as long as you've got your departing boarding pass you can (re)enter the shopping area through a small security check point. This check point is normally used by passengers who have gone to one of the airport lounges then decided to return to the shops. Once you're in the shopping area you're able to access any of the lounges as a standard departing passenger.

That is unless of course the recent building work at T3 has closed off this route.
