If they don't post, then just call the HHonors line and tell them you are missing a stay/points credit. Be prepared to give them the Date/Hotel. And then they will probably just say ok and credit. Worst case, tell them you at Business meetings at the Hilton but stayed at the Hampton.

I had a Homewood booking for two weeks in San diego and on the weekend flew to Houston for a U2 concert. Because the Houston stay posted first, by Homewood stay didn't show. But when I called about it, they verified my bill at the Homewood Suites and the credit showed up immediately.
