I looked on the website and can't find a link to email customer service. I phoned 3 days ago and spoke to someone in customer service who gave me her name and fax number to fax some info so they could check out my inquiry, but no one ever called back. I tried calling and asking for the person I spoke to, but was told that unless I had her extension, they had no way to transfer me. I asked whether they have a directory to look up that extension and was told no. Sounds like BS to me. I was going to try emailing if anyone knows the email address. It is in regard to the Starwood Amex if that makes a difference.
