Is there a definitive list anywhere of which Emirates aircraft have in seat power in J & F classes?

I've found an old thread that talks about some 777-300s, but it's over a year old.

In particular, I'm interested in the A340-500 and the B777-300 that is used on the CAI-DXB legs.
