Depends on your needs really.

If you want to use them as a travel agent they are great.

They have access to discount flights. They email with specials and the like (I went to NYC on Concorde on a special deal offered by them).
They have negotiated deals for insurance etc.

I found I didn't use them that much as I tend to like to play around on the various web / airline sites and generally make the booking myself.
