He was acting suspicious so when I arrived in EWR I requested a print-out of my record from the President's club. Sure enough I had upgraded to first in the computer, but they elected to give my seat to someone else. Crap like this made me switch from CO as my primary carrier.
I know of this happening on Delta at least once. You can imagine the reaction when you get off a 2,000 mile flight only to find out that you were indeed upgraded and a non-rev got your F seat! Did CO compensate you with u/g certs or anything?
