Flight cancelled, forced reroting w *alliance: How to credit FyingBlue miles?
After KLM has cancelled KLM 1828 from TXL to AMS for the second Thursday in a row, I was booked to a Lufthansa and BMI flights. KLMs TXL GAs said that they would have miles and segments credited 'by Amsterdam'. So far, no miles have been posted.

Questions:
__ how long should I expect it to take for the miles to be credited
__ is there any reliable central customer service that would take care of this
__ or should I ask the TXL station manger to take care of this
