Just got off the phone with the number I listed above - after 15 minutes, CSR was able to determine that this promotion was doomed from the start. The way it's *supposed* to work is, 2,500 miles for the first ticket booked at nwa.com, 5,000 miles for the next. I didn't get dates or the promotion offer code.

So...instead of having 5,000 miles now, they're telling me I'll have 7,500 in 6 to 8 weeks. Time value of miles?

Just as long as they post...
