You can get bumped from your seat if a Handicapped psgr needs it. Generally the H designated seats are middle and aisle. Should you book the window in that row, there certainly is the possibility that other psgr(s) in that row will be immobile for the duration of the flight.. meaning limited if no access to the lav for you.
