If you're intended travel date is close then good luck (around lunar new year is one of the worst times to get availability - award or paid). Best way to get SQ F seats is to book as far ahead as possible. Needing 2 makes it that much harder as usually only 1 F award seat per flight. More award seats may open up closer to departure but dont count on it. SQ is very protective of the revenue it gets from selling F (imagine that!).
