We are looking at possibly making a reservation at the Munich Westpark and we have 2 room choices: French bed (with 'narrow sofa') and Queen bed. What is a French bed exactly? I tried googling, but just got a lot of unrelated things.

We are leaning towards a Queen, since some of those are 'newly rennovated executive' with a Sweet Sleeper, but am wondering if it is worth the 20Euro difference. Although if a French bed is small, that would be much less desirable.
