It depends on where you're starting from.
I've flown AA ORD -> NRT and then CX NRT -> HKG. If the flights are available with miles it would cost her 50k for coach (off-peak) or 90k to ride in J with you.
You can also book any number of combinations with AA, JAL and/or CX with miles.
