Outbound and Inbound are two seperate "Werkverträge". But the outbound is TIP-FRA-SIN and this is one complete "Werkvertrag" not more or less.
Wrong ! It´s not the same !
"Der Besteller einer Werkleistung sei jederzeit berechtigt, den Werkvertrag zu kündigen. Auch Teilkündigungen seien zulässig."
He thinks that all segments of an outbound count as one Werksvertrag and the " Teilleistung " is the outbound out of the complete ticket.

I say, that the whole Ticket is a " Werksleistung " and each segment is a " Teilleistung ".

Take a more komplex routing/ticket, not only on LH.

TOB-TIP ( YY open )
TIP -FRA ( YY open )
SURFACE
QKL-FRA ( LH )
FRA-BKK ( TG )
BKK-FRA ( TG )
FRA-ZRH ( LH )
ZRH-BEN ( LX )
BEN-TOB ( yy open )

Ticket issued on let´s say TG

now you have a Werksvertrag with TG. with as many Teilleistungen as the ticket has segments. The Teilleistungen optain also to the carrier in the ticket which here are LH and LX also. The YY coupons are valid for any carrier.
Now it comes to the reservation, which is a different thing. The reservation is a " Beförderungsvertrag ". and relates to each segment, where each segment again counts as a Teilleistung out of the Werksvertrag.
see the following itinary.
